Description & Services
Description CMHA, York Region Branch has several locations across York Region and South Simcoe offering supports and services to aid in the recovery of people experiencing mental illness. We also deliver education & training.  
 
Programs include: 
Telemedicine Services (health related services and information using audiovideo technology) 
Assertive Community Treatment Teams (southern York Region) 
Bounce Back (telephone coaching) 
CHOICES (ages 12-17) 
Community Connections (group programming) 
Community Education and Training (Mental Health First Aid, Living Life to the Full) 
Case Management and Supportive Housing 
Early Psychosis Intervention 
Employment Support Program 
Employer Training Services (Responding with Respect, Workplace Wellness, Mental Health Works) 
Family and Caregiver Education Group 
Group Psychiatry 
Mental Health and Justice Program (adults and youth) 
MOBYSS (Mobile York South Simcoe for Youth) 
Support for Depression 
Youth Wellness 
Clinical Counselling (individual and group) 
Speakers' Bureau 
 
Chinese Self Help Recovery Group of York Region meets every other Thursday: Tony Wong Place, 25 Deverill Court, Markham L6G 0C7 (Kennedy Road and Hwy #407)

Hours Administrative hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm 
Individual and group service hours vary based on the needs of the individual
