Description Free weekly drop-in program for pregnant women of any age * share a small meal or snack * take home a bag of food * learn about healthy pregnancy * the early stage of baby's development * how to care for your baby * cook and eat well on a budget * meet other prenatal women * discuss nutrition with professionals * older siblings welcome * settlement services

Eligibility Open to pregnant women of all ages, single parents, new to Canada, teenagers, isolated or have limited access to services - no minimum requirement needed for new immigrants in Canada
