Description Youth-led social justice organization * youth engagement programs * volunteerism * educates, empowers and empathizes with youth to motivate them to get involved and become leaders 
 
Subprograms: 
 
Spark Health - promotes health including mental, physical and social * healthy-living sport programs * mental health events * pop-up sanitation donation centers 
 
Change Starts Today - youth conference issues: climate change, youth homelessness, inequity/inequality, mental health, and apathy 
 
Leaders for LibHERty - works to implement our Equality Start-Up Kit into schools to promote gender equality  
 
Books Before Looks - reinforces self-love by emphasizing the value of knowledge through literacy and body image initiatives * reading buddy program, book drives, and confidence building workshops  
 
Start Small - mentorship program where high-school students gather with elementary students monthly to participate in volunteer opportunities within their community  
 
One Child One World - organizes free camps and tutoring programs for low-income, refugee, and newly immigrant families * elementary school students will gain support in subject areas such as: English, Math, French, and Science * seasonal camps will provide free recreational and education activities
