Description & Services
Description Primary health care to black women and women of colour from the Caribbean, African, Latin American and South Asian communities * addressing the issue of access to healthcare for mandated priority populations encompassing gender, race, class, violence, sexual orientation, religion, culture, language, disability, immigration status and socio-economic circumstances * diabetes prevention education and management * mental health counselling and groups * mind and body movement program * pre/post natal care classes * HIV/AIDS testing, prevention, care, counselling and support * education groups * food bank access * advocacy * activities on various health topics * interpretation services available for clients who cannot speak or understand English
