Eligibility * All Wheel-Trans applicants, regardless of mobility status, are required to attend an in person interview in order to determine eligibility for the service. You are not required to complete an application form nor obtain a letter from your doctor prior to the interview and are asked only to bring identification, with address and photo, with you to the interview.
