Description Resource and Information Centre - walk-in job search center * access to computers, fax, photocopier and telephone * free Internet access * resource materials, job boards, labour market information * software tutorials * assistance with resumes * employment and vocational counselling and assessment * job placement * life skills training * job search and computer skills workshops * interview simulations 
 
Resource and Information (R&I) -- workshops, information and resources on careers and occupations, the local labour market, training opportunities and job search strategies * information on apprenticeship training and resources for internationally trained individuals seeking employment consistent with their skills and experience 
 
Information & Referral assists people to research the labour market, identify education/training requirements for various occupations and develop job search techniques. Confidential referrals to other services help address non-employment issues.  
 
Employment Assistance Services - Employment assessment and counselling for persons returning to work * barriers to employment explored and action plan developed and implemented * job search support * referral to appropriate employment service or vocational training program including Employment Ontario-funded programs such as Job Creation Partnerships, Self-Employment Benefit, Skills Development, and Targeted Wage Subsidy * information on Second Career; Summer Jobs Service 
 
Career Planning and Assessment helps individuals to clarify career goals, create employment action plans and determine eligibility for training subsidies. 
 
Job Search Preparation teaches proven techniques to create powerful resumes, gather employer information and interview effectively, expand business networks and keep a job and advance. Support for international credentials assessments available. 
 
Mentoring/Internship/Work placements offer opportunities to gain insider workplace knowledge while demonstrating your skills and abilities to an employer. 
 
Job Placement can include financial incentives for hiring, apprenticeships and on-the-job training.

Information and Resource Service (IRS) - walk-in community resource for anyone seeking employment and/or training 
 
Employment Ontario Assistance Services - Unemployed persons working less than 20 hours per week and legally entitled to work in Canada * Employment Insurance (EI) and Reachback clients (persons with an active EI claim, have a claim that ended within the last 3 years or have a maternity/parental claim that ended in the past 5 years) 
 
Summer Jobs Service (SJS) for students 15 - 30 years (up to 30 for persons with disabilities) job search training; assistance developing self-marketing skills; job placements up to 16 weeks from April to end of September; wage subsidies for employers
