Description Non-profit legal aid clinic * legal representation to low-income children and youth * legal representation in the areas of social service, mental health system, residential care, education, criminal matters, child welfare, financial assistance * advocacy for youth under 18 * child welfare * custody and access * immigration law * victims of crime * youth justice

Hours Intake hours: Monday-Friday 9 am-12 noon, 1 pm-5 pm 
Summer hours (July and August) closed at noon on Fridays

Fees Membership ; Donation ; None ; No fees for our services; level of services provided based on JFCY and Legal Aid Ontario eligibility criteria.

Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and under 
Justice for Children and Youth has staff lawyers who represent and advocate for youth under 18 and a lawyer for homeless youth under 25.
Application Intake worker will take down your contact information and brief details about your situation * a lawyer will call you back within 2 business days * 30 minutes of free legal advice * additional services may be available for those who meet our financial eligibility guidelines * legal advice will not be provided over e-mail * please call intake * general inbox is checked at least once a week; please call if your inquiry is more urgent
