Description ASK! Community Information Centre provides a variety of programs and services: 
 
ASK! Community Information Service 
Legal Information and Advice Clinic 
True Copy and Commissioner for Taking Affidavits Clinic 
Immigrant Settlement Services for Newcomers to Canada 
Refugee Services for Newcomers to Canada 
Settlement Groups and Workshops 
Government Form Filling

Tues.: 1pm - 8pm 
Thurs: 1pm - 5pm

Languages English ; Farsi ; Russian ; Spanish ; Ukrainian ; English, Farsi, Russian, Ukrainian: available Monday to Friday during regular ASK! hours 
Spanish: Mondays and Tuesdays from 1:00pm, Wednesday 9-5 
 
Other languages may be available on an on-call basis through other LAMP programs and ASK! volunteers (i.e. Polish), etc. Please call to check.
Eligibility Individuals and families residing or working in South/Central Etobicoke. Some ASK! programs serve a specific target population i.e. newcomers to Canada, individual and families on low/fixed income.
Application Community Information and Settlement Services are available by phone or on a drop-in basis - usually same day service. 
 
A number of services are available only by appointment. There may be a 1 - 3 week waiting period, depending upon high client demand for some services (i.e. Legal, Income Tax Clinics, etc.). Call to check.
