This co-ed program is run by a pair of volunteers (age 18+) and is focused on physical literacy. Participants are encouraged to unplug and enjoy physical activity, socializing with peers, and being a part of their community. Children and youth will participate in organized recreation activities while developing fundamental movement skills and learning the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle.

This co-ed program is designed to introduce newcomer youth to Canada! Through a team of caring mentors the program strives to practice English language skills, provide homework help, build self –esteem and provide an opportunity for social integration. 
 
Program staff in conjunction with volunteer mentors carry out after school sessions throughout the school year for students ages 12 - 14 years. Mentoring sessions will be comprised of a variety of activities. Each session includes a healthy snack, structured group activity and informal time where youth and mentors can build their relationships through games, homework help, conversation, projects, shared experiences and field trips.

This program is designed to provide mentors (age 18 -25) an opportunity to openly discuss current and pressing issues facing boys and young men through the lens of healthy living

Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds 
This program promotes and provides girls (age 12-14) with the information and support they need to make informed choices about active living, balanced eating, and feeling good.

This program matches elementary school-aged children with volunteers - minumum age 16 year who volunteer to meet with the child in the school setting for one hour a week.
