Rose of Sharon is a non-profit agency dedicated to providing counselling, education and parenting resources to prenatal and parenting young mothers and their families throughout York Region supporting their social, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. 
Routes Connecting Communities is a grassroots, non-profit community transportation organization that's all about connecting people with the supports and services they need to improve their quality of life. Volunteer drivers use their own vehicles to provide transportation to individuals who are otherwise unable to connect with the services and supports they require. 
Together - Rose of Sharon & Routes Connecting Communities are recruiting a team of volunteer drivers dedicated to ensuring young mothers and their child(ren), and/or a young mother who is expecting, are able to access programs provided by the Rose of Sharon in Newmarket.

Volunteer drivers required to help people who are dealing with life challenges get to where they need to go on their journey. 
- Drive clients to and from their destinations  
- Must be willing to attend and participate in training opportunities 
- Must have own vehicle with insurance policy (minimum of $1 million liability)
