Facilitate support groups for people who are EITHER caring for their loved one at home or who have had a loved one die. 
Facilitator would be responsible, with the co-facilitator, to greet clients on arrival, facilitate the opportunity for clients to share feelings and experiences, provide prepared content for discussion, report back to staff concerns about the client participants, provide volunteer hours monthly to coordinator. 
Basic Training provided re palliative care, caregiver needs, family dynamics, self care and bereavement. 
All the participants in the groups wold have had previous assessment and counselling to be sure they were suitable for a group.
